3rd place in the Sparkasse Chemnitz stock exchange simulation game
The "Apfelkrips" group, consisting of Till Modes, Johann Peters and Nils Tröger from class 10a, took an excellent 3rd place in the Stock Market Game 2024.
With an impressive deposit value of €60,107.42 and a return of 20.21% on the starting capital of €50,000, the team achieved this great place in the season from October 2024 to January 2025. Around 30,000 interested people took part across Germany and the boys came 888th. They achieved an excellent 33rd place among the 1,100 participants in Saxony.
The team was awarded €100 in prize money by Sparkasse Chemnitz for this outstanding achievement. This success demonstrates not only the economic understanding of the participants, but also their strategic vision and teamwork.
