As part of our "Fit for Life" concept, students in the 11th grade took part in job application training on February 6, 2026. They completed a job interview with HR managers, managing directors, and experienced self-employed people from various companies in the local area in a speed dating format. The participants conducted a total of six short job interviews, allowing them to experience different interview situations. After each interview, there was brief, personal, and honest feedback with valuable tips. Another part of the day consisted of job interviews in English. In a role-play, the students were able to practice and improve their language skills and their confident demeanor in international job interview situations. In addition, another module provided them with in-depth theoretical input on topics such as resumes, cover letters, and application processes. This allowed them to review and reinforce their basic knowledge. The job application training offered the students good preparation for future application processes and combined theoretical basics with practical exercises. A big thank you to all 18 external partners who agreed to support us.
