We, the class 9i of the IGM, were participants of the school theater festival at the Theater Plauen Zwickau, on May 20 and 21, 2025. We met great people there who have a huge passion for acting. The atmosphere in the theater was full of energy, joy and creativity. The performances were imaginative, entertaining, touching, but also funny. When we entered the stage, we were dazzled by the light of the spotlights. We couldn't see the audience at all. We only heard their clapping, laughter and applause.
Various school groups attended the theater festival and performed individual plays that they had prepared with passion. Each group brought their own ideas and interpretations to the stage, which made the festival particularly diverse and exciting.
The organizers are preparing workshops for Wednesday, for example on stage design, acting, masks and dance.
