Theoretical knowledge and practical skills put to the test

On 09.02.2023 the chemistry competition "Julius Adolph Stöckhardt" took place again at the Chemnitz University of Technology. About 60 students from the 10th grades of the West Saxon high schools participated. 

Adrian Martin and Anna Wißgott, both from class 10a, used their knowledge of chemistry to tackle the challenging theoretical tasks and experiments on the topic of "Chemistry of the elements sulphur, selenium and tellurium and their compounds" - all without a blackboard. Adrian achieved a sensational 2nd place and Anna an outstanding 8th place!
