Christmas concert 2023

"I didn't know beforehand that it would be so cool."

This was the reaction of a little boy after this year's Christmas concert. But not only he, but also all the other guests experienced a musical journey through the wintry enchanted forest of sounds that evening, which left a lasting impression.

Under the festively decorated Christmas tree in the assembly hall, our artists once again showcased their talents and impressed with their skills on the guitar, saxophone, clarinet and flute, ukulele, grand piano, trumpet and singing in the choir or band class. Anna and Eleni from Year 11 skillfully hosted the beautiful evening, which conveyed to the audience the creativity, joy of music and meticulousness of the individual program items.

A big thank you goes above all to Mr. Kühne, who every year manages to conjure up a Christmas evening on stage that inspires and has already become a small trademark of our school.

However, the work of a large number of pupils who were not on stage, our technical staff, teachers and parents also contributed to the success of the event. The school building was diligently decorated in advance, the tree and the auditorium were decorated, the program was printed and cookies were baked. The main entrance was quickly transformed into a sausage and mulled wine stand and the foyer into a sweet market.

Some people didn't want to go home again, it was so cool.
