On March 5, 1945, Chemnitz was almost completely destroyed by the hail of bombs. Therefore, the victims of the bombing were remembered again this year on Chemnitz Peace Day. At the same time, signs were set against violence in any form and thus the current situation in Ukraine was addressed.
Under the motto of the day "In search of peace", some students of our school also participated in the actions around the Chemnitz Neumarkt, which culminated with the flying of peace doves.
