The project day began at 9:00 a.m. with an introduction to the topic of cabaret and theater. After that, a play was performed for us so that we could get an insight into the work of cabaret artists. The next step was to become active ourselves. For this we were divided into two groups. Group 1 had the task to work out a given scene, which was about a casting for a commercial. First, the roles were distributed and the texts were discussed. After the costumes and props were put together, the group went into the rehearsal phase. Meanwhile, the members of group 2 each wrote a script for a short play in threes and also prepared the scenic presentation. Beforehand, they were given tips and suggestions on topics they could use to create the scene. After the final costume rehearsal, Group 1 first presented the given play before the individual devised scenes were acted out.
The visit to the cabaret was very interesting and funny and was well received by everyone. While working out the scenes, some discovered their talent and the joy of theater.
