Anyone who has ever sat in a job interview with wet hands and trembling knees knows that it is not easy to appear confident in this situation. But you can learn how to do this, and the best way to do this is to practise exactly these situations!
This year, IGM once again hosted an applicant training speed dating session in the subject "Fit for life". HR managers and experienced self-employed people first conducted a job interview with our students and then gave them valuable tips and corrections to help them improve their appearance.
This year, 14 external partners were willing to support our speed dating, from many different industries, different areas in different companies or as self-employed people, with national and international experience. The feedback was very informative and valuable for the eleventh graders.
