Anyone who has ever sat in a job interview, with clammy hands and trembling knees, knows that it is not easy to appear confident in this situation. But you can learn to do that, best of all by practicing just such situations!
This year, IGM once again held an applicant training speed-dating session in the "Fit for Life" subject. Here, recruiters and experienced self-employed people first conducted a job interview with our students and then gave them valuable tips and corrections to help them improve their appearance.
This year, 14 external partners were willing to support our speed dating, from many different industries, different fields in different companies or as self-employed people, with national and international experience. The feedback was very insightful and valuable for the eleventh graders.
