Workshop for student companies at IGM

On 13.06.2023 an exciting workshop for student companies took place at our school, the International Gymnasium Meerane. This was conducted by LSJ Sachsen and provided a great opportunity for the exchange of information and experiences between different student companies.

To our delight, we also had a visit from two other student companies from Crimmitschau "Food Stars" and Werdau - "Honigbox". This participation from outside gave us the opportunity to make new contacts and learn from each other. The presence of the other student companies created a pleasant atmosphere in which we could freely exchange ideas and engage in conversation.
During the workshop, we were given valuable tips and advice on how to improve and develop our student company. The representatives of LSJ Sachsen were able to share extensive knowledge and experience in the field of student companies and gave us valuable insights into various aspects of the company. From organization and accounting to service, customer loyalty and dealing with members, there were a variety of topics that were discussed.

Another highlight was the presentation of the "Hey Schüfi" app. This innovative app was developed by the LSJ Saxony and gives pupils easy access to information about student companies in their region. The app offers a platform for the exchange of ideas, the presentation of products, networking between different student companies and a messenger for members of their own student company. The presentation of the app aroused great interest among us and stimulated further discussions about possible collaborations.

We realized how important it is to regularly participate in further training and workshops. The exchange with other student companies and the support from experienced organizations like LSJ Sachsen are invaluable. We are determined to attend such events more often in the future in order to expand our knowledge, further develop our student company and achieve new successes.

Overall, the workshop for student companies at our school was a great success. Not only were we able to gather valuable information and tips, but we also made new contacts and networked with other student companies.
We would like to sincerely thank LSJ Sachsen for organizing the workshop and also the participating student companies from Crimmitschau and Werdau for the inspiring exchange. We are looking forward to future trainings and workshops that will help us to bring our student company to an even higher level.
